Marijuana plants in a cloner- closeup

Marijuana plants cultivated indoors are not commonly grown from seed any longer. Individual marijuana sprouts are grown from cuttings in a specialized container called a ‘cloner’ or a ‘cloning machine.’ Cuttings (clones) are taken from a single strong plant (the mother plant) and treated with a rooting compound, then placed in foam discs and inserted into the cloning machine. The machine constantly sprays a fine mist of water on the cut ends; the roots grow quickly, and when approx. 12″ tall the clones are ready to transplant into hydroponic growing medium or soil. The labels seen contain the names of the individual marijuana strains. This closeup shown the marijuana plants more clearly.
